"Education and the Holocaust" - International Holocaust Remembrance Day
UNA Georgia, The Public Defender of Georgia and the Tolerance Center operating under it, in cooperation with Ilia State University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the National Council of Jewish Women held an event for students in dedication to the International Holocaust Remembrance Day.
The theme of the 2023 International Day is “Education and the Holocaust”.
The event was opened with greetings from the Rector of Ilia State University, Head of Equality Department, Office of the Public Defender of Georgia, the head of the Tolerance Center, the Deputy Head of Mission, the Embassy of the State of Israel to Georgia, the representative of the USAID Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance Office, and the head of the National Council of Jewish Women.

- Post-Holocaust Psychological Studies - Natia Panjikidze, Psychologist
The event was held by the Tolerance Center under auspices of the Public Defender's Office of Georgia with the support of the USAID program “Unity Through Diversity”, which is implemented by the UNA-Georgia.
